Your information is stored on a list server (i.e. Flodesk) that delivers our content and messaging. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists to deliver e-mail to those who agree to receive our material. All of the messaging or emails that are sent to you by us include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that we send you.

We use a secure opt-in subscription system and we reserve the right to contact subscribers with information related to this website and blog. Membership, Artist Portfolios, and Exhibitions
- Artists who submit photos and/or videos of work either for a membership in Sanibel Art Colony (and an artist portfolio page) or any of our digital exhibitions hereby grant Sanibel Art Colony non-exclusive rights to use their images/videos for Sanibel Art Colony publicity purposes, for display on the Sanibel Art Colony website, and in any Sanibel Art Colony exhibition or promotional materials.
- To ensure notices of future exhibitions and pertinent information of interest to the Sanibel Art Colony community, all entrants will be added to the secure Sanibel Art Colony email database. Sanibel Art Colony does not sell or distribute email addresses, and those desiring to opt out of such notices may easily do so.
- Submission of any artwork to any form on our website constitutes an agreement to all of these conditions.
